Kelly passed away on Friday, December 19th. 15th, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. Celebration of Life Services for 54 year old Kelly Ray Arnold of Loveland, CO, will be held on Saturday, January 17th, at Breezy Lodge, Arrowhead Park in Neola, IA, from 5pm to 8pm.
